We want to share a beverage and chat with all of you! We will have a picnic style dinner (sandwiches and salads) and drinks on the deck of the lodge. We can’t wait to have all our favorite people in one place!
For those attendees who are inclined toward behaviors which might be described as practical jokes, pranks, antics, bits, and/or capers: we highly encourage you to channel said energy on this evening rather than during the ceremony.

Please wear comfortable footwear as the ground is uneven. We also recommend you bring some layers. September in the Rockies could be sunny and 80 degrees or it could be nearly snowing!
The Ceremony will take place above the ranch near the Chalk Cliffs. From the lodge, continue up the hill towards the cliffs. This is about a 5 minute walk, but we will have some transportation for those who prefer not to walk.
Happy Hour & Hors D’oeuvres
3:00 - 4:30 PM
Deck & Lawn at the Lodge

After the ceremony, please walk down to the main lodge to enjoy a Happy Hour, Hors D’oeuvres, and some lawn games before dinner!
Reception
4:30 - 10:00 PM
Inside the Lodge - Dancing Outside on Main Deck

At 4:30pm head into the Lodge for dinner, but don’t get too comfy because we expect to see everyone outside on the dance floor at 6pm on the main deck!
Fireside Hang
10:00 PM - Whenever!
Lawn & Fire Pit near the Lodge

The reception will wrap up around 10:00pm but we would love for you to hang out with us as long as you'd like!
As long as there is no fire ban we plan to get a fire going in the pit near the Lodge. Put your casual clothes on if you wish, or stay in your wedding clothes - whatever makes you happy makes us happy!
Please note that the venue has quite hours after 10 PM - reasonable fireside frivolity should be ok!
